Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American actor, most famous as a star of the popular TV show 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. While in college, he started to take an interest in acting. At the University of Colorado at Boulder, he studied acting. Though he's appeared in films and in television shows but it's the characters portrayed on small screens that has earned him fame. This is not surprising since he has been able grab the attention of viewers by playing characters who are on either sides of the legal system. He was the serial killer role in the first TV show he appeared in and later played the role an NYPD detective. Because of his appearances on smaller screens, he has received multiple nominations for prestigious Emmy Awards as well as PRISM Awards. One of his most striking facial features is said to be his striking blue eyes that are regarded to be a trademark and helped in portraying the rough and savage characters with a sense of humour. He was featured in 2006 when he was featured in People's publication's Sexiest Men Alive list.
